Private Yoga

Our private sessions offer a unique and deeply personal yoga journey, tailored to align with your life experiences and aspirations. Unlike group classes, these sessions focus on creating a customised practice, blending movement, breathwork, and meditation. By understanding your intentions, we adapt the practice to your specific needs, allowing it to evolve organically alongside the fluctuations of your life's journey. With every session, the aim is to meet you precisely where you are, co-creating a practice that resonates uniquely with you.

What will you gain out of this?

Conscious Living - At its essence yoga is a practise of becoming conscious of our habitual patterns. Through the practise you will develop greater awareness of not just physical, but mental, emotional and psychological patterns. Awareness is the first step towards transformation and you will develop an increased capacity for being more aware of yourself.

  • Skill Acquisition - unlocking new poses, inversions, arm balance etc.

Logistics
Sessions typically last 60 minutes and include movement, breathwork & meditation. We usually have a 5 min reflective period at the end. I offer some suggestions & takeaways (things that you can continue applying in your self-practice) and help inform what we would like to focus on for the next sessions.

A bit about me:
I am a RYT 500 HR certified yoga teacher with certifications from India, Ecuador & London, ranging from Rocket, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Tantra yoga and certifications in Breathwork & more, drawing inspiration from various traditions and disciplines. I teach from my own experience, so everything I share is something I have gone through, experienced, explored and refined. My aim is to bring principles of ancient wisdom traditions to help us cope with the challenges of our modern lives

Next Steps:
We schedule a free initial consultation call on Zoom (15-30 mins) to clarify your intentions, discuss your body history, injuries, and lifestyle, and develop a roadmap for our collaboration. The goal is to have a dynamic practise that is constantly evolving along with you. Your sacred space - that excites you, energises you and allows you to connect deeply with yourself.
