A practice that holds you as you become more honest with yourself.
And learn to stay present with yourself.

Logistics

Sessions are 90 minutes online. Weekly/Bi-weekly.

We move, work with breath, and take some time to reflect and refine. It is a continuous conversation and we build your practice together over-time.
