Sadhana (साधना) - A daily spiritual practise. A means to acquire the knowledge of the Brahman (Universe). To let go of our identification with the egoic self and realise our True Self . A path of Self-Discovery.
This ongoing Sadhana - is to make space for our deepest source and allow it to influence and guide our life. As we carve out space in our lives, to find this stillness within, we begin to live with more awareness & intention.
Attuned to this greater intelligence, we cultivate a space which allows our truest expression to take form guided by our deep, intimate relationship with others and our environment.
