In the yogic philosophy there is the concept of Sadhana (साधना) - A daily spiritual practise. The means to acquire the knowledge of the Brahman (Universe) within us and without. So our practise becomes a path towards self-discovery.

This self-knowledge begins to inform and influence our life and our choices. As we carve out space in our lives, to find this stillness within, we begin to live with more awareness & intention.

Attuning to this greater intelligence within us, we are able to move in harmony with ease and grace.
